Number Battle, sayılarla hedef tutturmaya dayalı bir bulmaca oyunudur. Tek oyunculu, günlük, antrenman ve çok oyunculu modlar sunar. Hizmeti geliştirebilir, özelliklerini değiştirebilir veya durdurabiliriz. Hizmeti kalıcı olarak sonlandırmamız halinde, makul bir süre önceden Uygulama üzerinden bildirim yaparız.
Uygulamayı kullanmak için en az 13 yaşında olmalısınız. 18 yaşından küçükseniz, Uygulamayı ve özellikle uygulama içi satın alımları veli veya vasinizin izniyle kullanmalısınız.
Misafir olarak veya Google hesabınızla oynayabilirsiniz. Hesabınızın güvenliğinden ve hesabınız altında gerçekleşen etkinliklerden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → Hesabı Sil ile silebilirsiniz.
Şunları yapmamayı kabul edersiniz: hile/otomasyon kullanmak, oyunu tersine mühendislikle manipüle etmek, başkalarını taciz etmek, uygunsuz kullanıcı adları seçmek veya Uygulamanın bütünlüğünü bozmak. Bu tür durumlarda hesabınızı askıya alabilir veya sonlandırabiliriz; haksız bir yaptırım uygulandığını düşünüyorsanız support@numberbattle.app üzerinden itiraz edebilirsiniz.
Uygulama ve içeriği (tasarım, kod, bulmacalar, marka) bize aittir ve telif haklarıyla korunur. Kişisel, ticari olmayan kullanım dışında çoğaltılamaz veya dağıtılamaz.
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği azami ölçüde, Uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı veya arızi zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Bu koşullardaki hiçbir hüküm; kastımızdan veya ağır ihmalimizden doğan sorumluluğumuzu, yaşam, beden veya sağlığa verilen zararlardan doğan sorumluluğumuzu ya da yürürlükteki hukuk uyarınca hariç tutulamayacak veya sınırlanamayacak diğer sorumlulukları hariç tutmaz veya sınırlamaz.
Bu koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikleri, yürürlüğe girmeden makul bir süre önce Uygulama üzerinden bildiririz. Değişiklikleri kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayı bırakabilir ve hesabınızı silebilirsiniz; güncellemeden sonra Uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir. Güncel sürüm her zaman https://www.numberbattle.app/terms.html adresinde yer alır.
Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir. Tüketici olarak, ikamet ettiğiniz ülkenin emredici hukuk kurallarının koruması ve o ülke mahkemelerine başvurma hakkınız saklıdır. Türkiye'deki tüketiciler için Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ve Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
Bu koşulların herhangi bir hükmünün geçersiz sayılması, kalan hükümlerin geçerliliğini etkilemez. Bu koşullar ve Gizlilik Politikası, Uygulamanın kullanımına ilişkin aramızdaki anlaşmanın tamamını oluşturur.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
Number Battle is a numbers puzzle game about reaching a target value. It offers single-player, daily, training, and multiplayer modes. We may improve, modify, or discontinue the service. If we permanently discontinue the service, we will give reasonable advance notice within the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you should use the App — and in particular make in-app purchases — with the permission of a parent or guardian.
You may play as a guest or with your Google account. You are responsible for your account's security and for activity under it. You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete Account.
You agree not to: use cheats/automation, reverse-engineer or manipulate the game, harass others, choose inappropriate usernames, or disrupt the integrity of the App. We may suspend or terminate your account for such conduct; if you believe an enforcement action was taken in error, you may appeal via support@numberbattle.app.
The App and its content (design, code, puzzles, brand) belong to us and are protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced or distributed except for personal, non-commercial use.
The App is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes within the App a reasonable time before they take effect. If you do not agree to the changes, you may stop using the App and delete your account; continued use of the App after an update means you accept the new terms. The current version is always available at https://www.numberbattle.app/terms.html.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. As a consumer, you retain the protection of the mandatory legal provisions of your country of residence and the right to bring proceedings before the courts of that country. Consumers in Türkiye may also apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between us regarding your use of the App.
